DocTray started with a frustration: every signing tool we tried felt built for procurement teams, not the people sending the documents. Pricing pages were intentionally confusing. Free tiers were limited to the point of uselessness. Audit trails were hidden behind enterprise add-ons.

We forked an open-source signing engine, kept the parts we loved , tamper-evident PDFs, embedded signing certificates, a real audit log, and rebuilt the rest. The result is fast for individuals, defensible for legal teams, and honest about pricing.

We believe the best signing tool is the one your team forgets they're using. That's what we're working on.
